Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Dynamics 365 SCM Functional  

Consultant will lead and manage integration-focused implementations and enhancement projects within the D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) environment. 
The Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex Supply Chain solutions for global enterprises. The role requires deep functional expertise across SCM modules, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering multi-legal entity, multi-country implementations in manufacturing and distribution environments. 

Key Responsibilities :  

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 SCM across multiple countries, legal entities, and business units 

• Drive solution design workshops, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis with global stakeholders 

• Configure and deploy core SCM modules including: 

• Inventory Management 

• Procurement & Sourcing (P2P) 

• Sales & Distribution (O2C) 

• Warehouse Management (WMS) 

• Master Planning / MRP 

• Production Control (Process / Discrete / Lean) 

• Design and validate global templates and localized rollouts 

• Ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory, tax, and localization requirements 

• Collaborate with Technical, Integration, and Data teams on: 

• EDI / Logic Apps / Power Platform integrations 

• Data migration (DMF) and master data strategy 

• ISV solutions (e.g., ExFlow, TMS, WMS add-ons) 

• Support UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare 

• Provide leadership during managed services, L2/L3 support, and transition from incumbent vendors 

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Genpact’s Dynamics SCM capability building 

• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP responses when required 

Qualification we seek in You! 

Minimum Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline 

Functional Expertise 

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM 

• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes 

• Experience with complex customizations and integrations 

• Exposure to AX 2012 to D365 upgrade programs is a plus 

Global & Industry Experience 

• Proven experience delivering multi-country/global rollouts 

• Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Beverage, or Distribution industries 

• Ability to manage cross-cultural stakeholders and global timelines 

Delivery & Consulting Skills 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills 

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities 

• Experience working in Agile / Hybrid delivery models 

• Ability to work in fast-paced transformation programs 

Preferred Qualification: 

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certifications 

• Experience with Power Platform, reporting, and analytics 

• Exposure to ERP managed services and AMS transitions 

• Prior experience in Genpact / Tier-1 SI / Global consulting firms 

Soft Skills: 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Ability to work independently in a global support model (onsite-offshore coordination). 

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finace Functional Consultant Associate or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate preferred. 

• ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
