Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - EUS Asset Management & License Management 

Responsibilities 

1. Track new installation, movements, replacements, surrenders and document on inventory Report. Carry out the below set of physical verification activity up to two times a year to reconcile inventory Reports. Prepare Root Cause and Correct Action (“RCCA”) and mitigation plan for gaps found during physical verification should be prepared by asset management team and reviewed by Customer.  

2. Do various reconciliations like SCCM/active directly/human resources dump to ensure that inventory being reported is correct.  

3. Prepare asset inventory Reports based on pre-agreed list of Reports for end user devices by device types. 

4. Help facilitate decommissioning of end user assets and make necessary updates in the asset management database ranging from laptops, desktops, manufacturing site desktops, mobile devices, tablets and iPads 

Software License Management and Administration 

1. Prepare a report of unlicensed Software and keep track of those and provide necessary inputs to the deployment team to get it uninstalled. The end users will also be made aware of unlicensed Software installed on their machine before uninstalling. 

2. Maintain a report on software contracts to expire using Customer provided Software tracking tools.   

3. Provide inputs to Customer on license compliance for all end user licenses by monitoring software license lifecycle through the stages and providing reports of compliance, using Customer provided Software license compliance tool. 

4. Quarterly assess license spending and usage along with assisting in audits run by Customer.

Minimum Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
