Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – Windows Engineer L2 

Responsibilities 

• Provide day-to-day support and monitoring of Windows Server environments (2016–2022) 

• Execute OS patching and monthly maintenance activities using SCCM or WSUS 

• Respond to incident and service requests raised via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence. 

• Perform Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and GPO administration for user and system management. 

• Assist in basic troubleshooting of Windows updates, application services, and hardware-related alerts. 

• Monitor Windows infrastructure through Splunk, SolarWinds, or ManageEngine dashboards. 

• Perform file share permissions, account provisioning, and group policy reviews as part of daily hygiene. 

• Document SOPs, incident resolutions, and system configuration details in the CMDB. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 

• Good years of experience in supporting Windows Server operations in enterprise setups. 

• Strong understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and patch management concepts. 

• Knowledge of ITSM process flow (Incident, Change, Problem). 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Primary: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, SCCM, WSUS, ServiceNow. 

• Secondary: Azure, PowerShell, VMware vCenter, Defender for Servers, CrowdStrike, Tenable. 

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified – Windows Server / Azure Administrator Associate.
