Customer Service / Technical Support Representative
📍 Location: LP Building
🕒 Shifts: Rotational | Night shifts | 5-day week

✅ Assist customers via chat/call/email
✅ Troubleshoot internet, video, or streaming service issues
✅ Guide users on billing, subscriptions, and account updates
✅ Document all interactions in internal systems
