About Us:

Umai Nutritional Café serves premium vegetarian & non-vegetarian continental cuisine with a focus on healthy, fresh and flavourful cooking.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Continental Chef (CDP) who can independently handle continental dishes while maintaining taste, nutrition, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare veg & non-veg continental dishes (salads, soups, grills, pastas, sandwiches, bowls, etc.)
• Follow healthy cooking methods & portion control
• Maintain hygiene & FSSAI standards
• Ensure quality, consistency & plating
• Support Head Chef & train juniors when needed

Requirements

• 3–6 years’ experience as Continental Commis/CDP
• for freshers also openings are there
• Strong knowledge of veg & non-veg continental cuisine
• Experience in cafés/restaurants preferred
• Good teamwork & communication skills

Location: Hyderabad
