Continental Cook

We are looking for a Commis Cook to support our kitchen operations by preparing and assembling café-style food items with speed, consistency, and hygiene. This is an entry-to-mid-level role ideal for someone who wants to grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Assist in preparation of food items such as sandwiches, wraps, breakfast dishes, pastas, snacks, and light meals

Follow standard recipes and portion sizes

Support senior cooks and kitchen leads during service

Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment

Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
