Data Functional Analyst – HCM

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data quality during migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion within the HCM domain, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data quality with organizational goals.

• Implement data quality improvement strategies, providing support and guidance to the technical team.

• Monitor quality improvement progress, address issues promptly, and facilitate stakeholder sessions for a smooth transition to Oracle Fusion.

 

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of data models, methodologies, and best practices especially data related to Oracle HCM domain such as data for enterprise structure, workforce structure, employee records, payroll, benefits, performance management and talent management etc.

• Good understanding of data quality standards and the ability to implement and enforce them.

• Strong interpersonal skills and relevant Oracle certifications in HCM domain.

• Prior experience in maintaining a high-level data quality during a data migration project through data cleansing, standardization, new data construction, validation, and de[1]duplication, etc.

• Strong understanding of data systems, databases, and data governance.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
