We are a Section 8 (Not for Profit) Company registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Our sole aim is to help Senior citizens. Selected candidates will be personally groomed and trained by us for taking care of Senior citizens who would otherwise unfortunately land up in Old age homes. The selected candidates should be willing to give lively talkative company to Senior citizens, have lot of patience and exhibit a very affectionate attitude towards Senior citizens. Necessary inputs will be provided by us. The job may sometimes involve changing diaper pants for senior citizens and giving bath / maintaining hygiene related matters for Senior citizens in which case apart from regular salary additional wages can be negotiated from the children of the Senior citizens. The job does not involve any medical skills. For medical related work, children will only have to be alerted by the cook.

चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को हम खुद ट्रेनिंग और मार्गदर्शन देंगे, ताकि वे वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की देखभाल कर सकें। इसका मकसद यह है कि बुज़ुर्गों को Old Age Home न जाना पड़े।

उम्मीदवारों में ये गुण होने चाहिए:

• बुज़ुर्गों के साथ खुशमिज़ाज और बातचीत करने वाला स्वभाव
• बहुत धैर्य (पेशेंस)
• बुज़ुर्गों के प्रति प्यार और अपनापन

ज़रूरी जानकारी और ट्रेनिंग हम देंगे।

कभी-कभी काम में ये चीज़ें भी शामिल हो सकती हैं:

• बुज़ुर्गों के डायपर बदलना
• नहलाना और साफ-सफाई / हाइजीन का ध्यान रखना

ऐसे मामलों में, नियमित सैलरी के अलावा, बुज़ुर्गों के बच्चों से अलग से अतिरिक्त भुगतान तय किया जा सकता है।

इस काम में कोई मेडिकल स्किल की ज़रूरत नहीं है।

मेडिकल से जुड़ा कोई भी काम होने पर केवल बच्चों को सूचना दी जाएगी, इलाज करना इस नौकरी का हिस्सा नहीं है।

Selected candidates will be allowed to directly deal with respectable and reliable homes where Senior citizens needs assistance and affectionate companionship. No commission will be charged from the candidate by us. However, Service Recipients (Senior citizens) will be paying to us mutually agreeable Service Charges upon successful placement/continuance of service.

चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को सीधे अच्छे और भरोसेमंद घरों में काम करने का मौका मिलेगा, जहाँ वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को मदद और प्यार भरी संगत की ज़रूरत है।

हम उम्मीदवार से कोई भी कमीशन नहीं लेंगे।

हालाँकि, सेवा लेने वाले (Senior Citizens) हमारी सेवा के लिए, नियुक्ति सफल होने या सेवा जारी रहने पर, आपसी सहमति से तय किया गया Service Charge हमें देंगे।

चुने गए कैंडिडेट्स को सीधे ऐसे सम्मानित और भरोसेमंद घरों से डील करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी, जहाँ सीनियर सिटीज़न्स को मदद और प्यार भरी संगत की ज़रूरत है। कैंडिडेट से हमारी तरफ से कोई कमीशन नहीं लिया जाएगा। हालाँकि, सर्विस लेने वाले (सीनियर सिटीज़न्स) सफल प्लेसमेंट/सर्विस जारी रहने पर हमें आपसी सहमति से तय सर्विस चार्ज देंगे।
