Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced and skilled North Indian / Punjabi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Punjabi and North Indian dishes with consistent taste, presentation, and quality. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring timely preparation of meals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic North Indian and Punjabi dishes (curries, parathas, breads, etc.)
• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation standards are met
• Manage inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a North Indian / Punjabi Chef
• Knowledge of traditional recipes and regional spices
• Ability to handle tandoor and curry sections
• Good teamwork and time management skills
