We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Tea Master to manage the daily operations of our tea store. The ideal candidate will ensure timely opening and closing of the store, maintain quality standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Work Schedule

• Morning & Evening Shift: 8 AM – 1 PM, 6 PM - 12 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time according to the schedule.
• Prepare and serve tea and other menu items with consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
• Handle customer orders and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Manage stock levels, refill supplies, and report shortages.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
• Support smooth store operations and assist in daily sales activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food & beverage or tea/coffee preparation is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts.
