About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook with expertise in Pan Asian, Middle Eastern, and Fast Food cuisines. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment, demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Pan Asian, Middle Eastern, and Fast Food dishes with consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure all food is cooked, packaged, and presented according to company standards.
• Accurately pack food into designated containers, maintaining portion control and presentation quality.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel by handing over correctly packaged orders in a timely manner.
• Manage an open kitchen setup with professionalism, ensuring cleanliness and transparency at all times.
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.
• Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Uphold a high level of customer focus by ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook/chef specializing in Pan Asian, Middle Eastern, and Fast Food cuisines.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in an open kitchen setup preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
