Corporate Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Managers and Trainers for smooth batch operations.
• Monitor daily class schedules, topics, attendance, and batch counts.
• Conduct one-on-one discussions with PMs regarding performance, issues, and improvements.
• Track late logins, leaves, and overall employee discipline; share reports with management.
• Assign and follow up on DNPs, leads, and CRM-related tasks.
• Ensure proper communication between Sales, CRM, and Training teams.
• Handle interview scheduling, observation feedback, and candidate coordination.
• Collect and consolidate reports related to batches, trainers, and sales activities.

Placement Activities:

• Interact with students to understand their placement readiness and career requirements.
• Guide students on placement processes, expectations, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate and communicate with HRs from different companies regarding hiring needs.
• Gather company requirements and share suitable student profiles.
• Maintain continuous follow-ups with HRs for interview schedules and feedback.
• Coordinate placement drives and support end-to-end execution.
• Act as a bridge between students, internal teams, and hiring companies.
