Job Title: Corporate Business Executive – Insurance
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Corporate Business / SME Insurance
Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Finance / Insurance)
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year (Experience in SME / Corporate Insurance preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Corporate Business Executive to manage and develop corporate insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, servicing existing SME/corporate accounts, and coordinating with insurers for policy issuance and renewals.
1. Corporate Client Acquisition
· Identify and approach corporate clients such as SMEs, large companies, factories, and institutions.
· Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and partnerships.
· Pitch appropriate insurance solutions tailored to the company’s risks.
Examples of policies sold:
· Group Health Insurance
· Group Term Life Insurance
· Workmen Compensation Insurance
· Property & Fire Insurance
· Liability Insurance
2. Business Development & Sales
· Achieve monthly / quarterly corporate sales targets.
· Develop strategies to expand the company’s corporate insurance portfolio.
· Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for corporate clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
· Maintain long-term relationships with HR teams, finance managers, and company decision makers.
· Conduct regular client meetings and policy reviews.
· Provide advisory support regarding insurance coverage and risk management.
4. Insurance Needs Assessment
· Recommend suitable insurance coverage based on industry and risk profile.
· Customize policies according to the client’s operational needs.
5. Policy Documentation & Coordination
· Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and compliance.
· Assist clients with renewals and policy modifications.
6. Claims Support
· Help corporate clients during insurance claim processes.
· Liaise with insurers to ensure faster claim settlement.
· Resolve claim-related queries and disputes.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
· Track competitor offerings and pricing.
· Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.
· Identify new sectors or industries for insurance penetration.
8. Reporting & Performance Tracking
· Maintain records of leads, sales pipeline, and closed deals.
· Submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
· Track renewal timelines for existing corporate clients.

Preferred Profile
· MBA Graduate (Marketing / Finance / Insurance)
· Fresher or 6 months – 1 year experience in insurance / SME / corporate sales
· Knowledge of corporate insurance products such as Group Health, Property, Liability, Marine, etc. is an advantage.
