Job Description: The Manager Corporate Sales is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring that the sales targets for the organization are met. They will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the corporate segment, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Manager Corporate Sales will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and product development to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the sales strategy for the corporate segment Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate segment Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to senior management Ensure that the sales team is adhering to the company's sales processes and policies Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team
