Job Description Summary

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be an essential part of our Workday technical team, responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Workday solutions

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of workday Experience in HCM or Finance modules
  • 3+ years of strong Workday development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports
  • Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
  • Strong knowledge on workday Studio and XSLT
  • Good Knowledge Workday business process
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
