Counsellor

Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback

Assist patients and families with registration, appointments, and service navigation

Handle patient complaints, grievances, and service recovery professionally and promptly

Communicate patient concerns to relevant departments and follow up on resolutions

Educate patients on hospital policies, procedures, and patient rights

Support patient satisfaction initiatives and quality improvement programs

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions

Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance patient care experience

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
