Job Summary

Affinity Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our counselling team. As a Counsellor, you will interact with students and parents, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward suitable programs and institutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a desire to help others — no prior experience required; full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with students and parents to understand their aspirations and provide relevant guidance.

Counsel students about courses, universities, and career opportunities.

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries in a professional manner.

Assist with admission procedures, documentation, and application forms.

Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads.

Participate in events, seminars, and webinars to promote Affinity Education’s programs.

Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to meet counselling and enrolment goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

Freshers are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in speaking with students and parents.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping others succeed.

Preferred Attributes

Interest in education, counselling, or communication fields.

Fluency in English and at least one regional language.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
