Counter Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Associate (Female) – Fashion Retail

Location: Hi- Tech City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fashion retail outlet in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a great in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting clothing, accessories, and fashion products
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable styling suggestions
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems
• Manage stock, restocking, and inventory checks
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and promotions

Requirements: Female candidates preferred

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
• Prior experience in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu
• Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-friendly personality
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and retail operations
