Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our Toys and Stationery Shop in Nallagandla. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and preferably some experience in retail, especially in toys or stationery. Your role will be to assist customers, manage sales at the counter, and help with inventory and shop upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and help them find suitable products

Operate the billing system and handle cash/card transactions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and shop floor

Restock shelves and update inventory as needed

Inform customers about offers, discounts, and new arrivals

Manage daily sales records and report to the shop owner/manager

Assist with unpacking and arranging new stock
