Job Description
CRM Site Supervisor Job Role:
1. Dealing with Customers who purchases villas/ flats
2. after purchasing Villa/ Flat, they will come to project side to see progress. Then you have to update them construction progress to customer
3. if any changes , modifications requested by customers, you have to complete those works with site engineers after management approval
4. Payment schedule information to customers
5. Payment follow-up with customers
6. required documents collection from customer
7. giving required docs to customers for loan process
8. discuss and coordinate with project engineers
