CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions from booking to handover

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems accurately

• Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams for documentation and approvals

• Manage booking forms, agreements, payment schedules, and demand letters

• Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Assist in organizing customer meetings, site visits, and handover processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines

• Prepare MIS reports related to sales, collections, and customer status

• Support senior CRM managers in daily operations

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in CRM / customer relations within real estate

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of real estate documentation, agreements, and customer lifecycle

• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office

• Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns professionally

• Familiarity with RERA norms and real estate processes preferred
