CRM + Lead Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & manage leads from all digital channels
• Route leads in real-time to clinics or sales teams
• Update status, follow-up outcomes & maintain notes
• Generate reports on lead progress, drop-offs & performance
• Coordinate closely with marketing & tele calling teams

• Location: Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad
• Experience: 2–4 years
• Working Days: Mon–Sat (Sunday off)
• CTC: Based on current CTC, performance & evaluation
