Job Role:
Manage customer relationships, handle leads and follow-ups, ensure excellent showroom experience, and support sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, phone & digital enquiries
- Maintain customer data in CRM
- Follow up from enquiry to delivery
- Handle customer feedback & complaints
- Support sales conversions and retention
Requirements:
- 1–3 years CRM/customer service experience
- Two-wheeler/automobile experience preferred
