Job Description: CRM Manager – Real Estate


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain customer relations throughout the sales cycle and post-booking stages
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
  • Keep CRM software updated with accurate customer and lead data
  • Coordinate site visits, documentation, and payment schedules
  • Resolve customer queries, escalations, and service-related issues
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth customer onboarding
  • Generate daily/weekly MIS and customer reports
  • Ensure timely execution of booking forms, agreements, and project updates
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong communication & customer-handling skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Good understanding of real estate products, documentation, and payment processes
  • Ability to multitask, follow up, and manage customer timelines
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, emails, and basic reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
  • Handle key buyers, investors, and channel partners
  • Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, and the sales funnel using CRM tools
  • Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and negotiations
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth operations
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional conduct across teams


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (Luxury/Residential/Commercial)
  • Strong negotiation, closing skills, and interpersonal communication
  • Team management experience and leadership capability
  • Good market knowledge of pricing, inventory, layouts, and competitors
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
