Job Description

  • Trading & ExecutionTrade BTC, ETH, and altcoin perpetuals/futures using market structure, trend, and liquidity concepts
  • Execute intraday and swing strategies based on:

  • Break of Structure (BOS)
  • Change of Character (CHoCH)
  • Liquidity sweeps
  • Fair Value Gaps (FVG)
  • Support/Resistance & HTF bias
  • Trade event volatility (CPI, Fed, ETF news, funding rate spikes)
  • Manage leverage, margin, liquidation risk, and funding costs
  • Technical Analysis & Market StructureIdentify accumulation, distribution, re-accumulation, and markdown phases (Wyckoff)
  • Multi-timeframe analysis (HTF bias → LTF execution)
  • Read volatility, open interest, funding, CVD, and liquidation clusters
  • Detect stop-hunts, fake breakouts, and absorption zones
  • Risk ManagementStrict R:R control (minimum 1:2 or better)
  • Position sizing based on volatility and max drawdown rules
  • Daily loss limits, weekly equity curve monitoring
  • Hedging exposure during high volatility
  • Strategy DevelopmentDocument trading setups with rules, triggers, and invalidation
  • Backtest manually or via TradingView / Python
  • Improve edge via journaling, tagging, and metrics
  • Reporting & DisciplineMaintain detailed trade journal
  • Daily/weekly performance reviews
  • Provide market outlook & bias reports
