As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous enhancement of software to align with evolving project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support team knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling to integrate front-end components with back-end services.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
