Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the highest quality of deliverables, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Health Cloud. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
