- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead and mentor junior professionals
- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team
- Stay updated on the latest SAP ABAP Development trends

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development
- Strong understanding of SAP modules integration
- Experience in SAP Fiori development
- Knowledge of SAP HANA database
- Hands-on experience in SAP UI5 development
