Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality software products that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
