Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, while also ensuring that the solutions are robust and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve software development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Experience with software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
