Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to best practices and project timelines, ensuring that all components function seamlessly within the overall application architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AVEVA PDMS. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with application design and architecture principles. - Proficient in coding languages relevant to AVEVA PDMS. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AVEVA PDMS. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
