Roles & Responsibilities:
Seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a complex SAP S/4HANA Application Maintenance Support (AMS) engagement. The role requires strong SAP functional expertise (FICO / SD / MM) and proven experience managing large AMS teams (90–100+ FTEs) in a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA AMS delivery and SLA adherence.
Lead and manage a 90–100+ member team across functional and technical towers.
Drive ITIL-based service management (Incident, Problem, Change).
Manage client governance, escalations, and executive reporting.
Ensure financial control, margin management, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and service optimization.
Required Experience
15+ years in SAP, with strong S/4HANA exposure.
Expertise in at least one core module: SD (preferred) / FICO/ MM.
5+ years managing large AMS engagements.
Experience in global delivery and stakeholder management.
Strong commercial and governance acumen.
