About the Role: We re looking for a hard-core PHP developer who loves building scalable, high-performing applications and thrives on solving complex backend challenges. He/she will be part of a dynamic engineering team that designs and develops enterprise-grade applications, integrates with modern frameworks, and continuously pushes the boundaries of performance, quality, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs primarily using PHP (Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter). Write clean, optimized, and reusable code with a focus on scalability and performance. Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Implement secure and efficient data handling, caching, and API integrations. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and process improvements. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices. Work on cross-platform integrations leveraging Java-based microservices or APIs. Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in backend development. Required Skills & Experience: 8–9 years of hands-on development experience in PHP (Core PHP and Frameworks). Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and RESTful API development. Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization. Solid understanding of web architecture, caching, and performance tuning. Exposure to Java (Spring Boot / REST APIs / integration with PHP-based services). Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP preferred). Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
