Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Experience with SAP GRC modules including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies within SAP environments.
- Ability to customize and configure SAP GRC solutions to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP GRC implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 16 years full time education is required.
