Good to have skills : DevOps, Teradata BI

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects and clients effectively, ensuring that the software meets the required standards and specifications while collaborating with team members to drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Ansible Architects who would be installing, configuring, maintaining new AAP cluster they would be creating. So experienced Linux Engineer, who needs experience on working on tool installation/configuration and also has idea about the ansible automation platform.
- Ansible Developers who would be creating reusable playbooks, roles and framework for their server patching, configurations etc. Need ansible playbook develops with Linux experience.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible, XLR, Cutover
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Teradata BI, DevOps.
- Ansible Developers who would be creating reusable playbooks, roles and framework for their server patching, configurations etc. Need ansible playbook develops with Linux experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Experience in automating deployment processes and configuration management.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Teradata BI.
