3. Define automation standards, guidelines, and best practices


4. Drive CI/CD automation strategy and integration


5. Ensure framework stability, performance, and reusability


6. Mentor automation engineers and conduct code reviews


7. Collaborate with QA, Dev, and DevOps teams on test strategy
