We are seeking an experienced React Developer – Team Lead to lead front-end development initiatives, architect scalable web applications, and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript, and front-end architecture, along with proven leadership experience in delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React.js
Define front-end architecture and best practices
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards
Drive performance optimization and application scalability
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Team Management
Mentor and guide React developers
Assign tasks and manage sprint deliverables
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams
Conduct technical interviews and onboarding
Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Project & Process Management
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Estimate development efforts and timelines
Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies
Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in front-end development
3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
Strong understanding of component lifecycle and React Hooks
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Tailwind, or Material UI
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

Proven experience leading development teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Next.js
Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
