Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of the organization effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications, while also participating in discussions to enhance the overall software development process.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data manipulation.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
