Job Title: Customer Care Executive

About the Role:


We are seeking dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our team. The role involves hiring, managing, and supporting both Field Executives and Delivery Executives across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This position is essential for ensuring that our teams are effectively recruited, onboarding, and supported to achieve their targets and perform efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Hiring: Source, screen, and hire Field Executives and Delivery Executives across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.


Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and initial training.


Daily Monitoring: Monitor daily activities of Field Executives and Delivery Executives to ensure targets are met and work is carried out effectively.


Support: Provide continuous support and guidance to both teams, addressing any issues or challenges they encounter.


Salary and Incentives: Ensure timely salary payments and manage the incentive structure based on performance.


Reporting: Report daily activities and performance to the Manager.


Collaboration: Work closely with the managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with company goals and team cohesion.


Experience:


Freshers: Welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in recruitment, customer care, or team management is preferred but not mandatory.


Requirements:


Age: 18 to 30 years.


Documents: Must possess original PAN card and Aadhaar card.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in documentation.


Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and tracking tools.
