Customer Interaction

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes if needed.

Problem Solving

• Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or managers when needed.

3. 

Product Knowledge

• Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
• Update customers on new features, services, upgrades, or changes.

4. 

Documentation

• Record customer interactions, issues, comments, and complaints accurately.
• Maintain detailed logs in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

5. 

Customer Relationship Management

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

6. 

Feedback and Improvement

• Gather customer feedback and share it with the relevant departments to improve the product or service.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service quality.

7. 

Performance Targets

• Meet or exceed customer support KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like first response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), etc.

8. 

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other teams like Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.

9. 

Training and Development

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on products, company policies, and best practices.
