Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Assist vendors with registration and platform usage

Provide accurate information about AM5 Royal services

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Maintain call records and customer data

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customer queries politely

Multilingual preferred: Hindi, Telugu, English, Tamil, or Malayalam

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Work Mode: Work From Office
