Job Description
Job Role (What you will do)
- Call people who show interest in properties
- Explain basic details about the property
- Understand what the client is looking for
- Fix site visits for interested clients
- Follow up with clients regularly
- Update details in system / WhatsApp
Requirements
Should speak English + Telugu/Hindi
- Should be polite and patient on calls
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of using phone, WhatsApp, computer
- Willing to learn and improve
- Salary Fixed salary
- Working Hours 10 AM – 6 PM
- Weekend work is required
Important
- Should be comfortable talking on phone all day
- Should handle clients politely even if they are not interested
- Should be consistent with follow-ups
