Key responsibilities and Accountability
* Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
* Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
* Need to adhere to the shift adherence
Requirement: 24 FTEs
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Experience (Tele calling)
Language Proficiency: Good Communication Skills
Assessment: VETI 4 in Versant
Languages: (English+ Hindi+ Telugu ) OR (Kannada+ English) OR (Tamil + English),
