Job Description

📌 Position Overview :


We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve complex issues, and contribute to service excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to mentor junior team members while ensuring customer satisfaction.


🎯 Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle escalated customer queries across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide in-depth product/service knowledge and guide customers through solutions.
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor customer service metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT) and suggest improvements.
  • Train, support, and mentor junior customer service staff.
  • Contribute to process optimization and service quality initiatives.


Required Skills & Competencies :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in team coordination.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience.


🎓Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Experience handling escalations and managing service quality metrics.
  • Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., retail, IT services, banking) is a plus.
