Job Description
📌 Position Overview :
We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve complex issues, and contribute to service excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to mentor junior team members while ensuring customer satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities :
- Handle escalated customer queries across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide in-depth product/service knowledge and guide customers through solutions.
- Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor customer service metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT) and suggest improvements.
- Train, support, and mentor junior customer service staff.
- Contribute to process optimization and service quality initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Leadership qualities with experience in team coordination.
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience.
🎓Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Experience handling escalations and managing service quality metrics.
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., retail, IT services, banking) is a plus.
