Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Customer Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Issue Resolution:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, and implement processes to address customer issues.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.
- Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, retention, and loyalty.
- Data Analysis:
Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide reports on performance.
- Internal Co-ordination:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and systemic issues are resolved.
