We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Success Executive under the Swiggy Voice Support process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Swiggy services

* Resolve customer queries regarding orders, payments, cancellations, refunds, and delivery issues

* Provide accurate information and quick solutions to customers

* Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude during calls

* Follow company quality standards and call handling procedures

* Accurately document customer interactions in the system

* Meet daily and monthly performance targets (Quality & Productivity)

* Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

* Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

* Basic computer knowledge
