Job Description

Handle inbound calls from US patients and providers, addressing queries related to medical services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointments.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and claim assistance.

Maintain accurate patient records and document all interactions in the company database.

Assist patients with insurance claims, eligibility checks, and billing-related inquiries.

Ensure adherence to HIPAA and company policies while protecting sensitive patient information.

Coordinate with internal teams (billing, medical records, or technical support) to resolve complex issues.

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to supervisors with complete documentation.

Meet individual and team targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
