Education : Minimum Graduate preferred.

Skills Required:

⦁ 1+ Year Experienced in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service

⦁ Effective communication skills in Hindi & English(Mandatory)

⦁ Customer Business Verification skills

⦁ Technically Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

⦁ We welcome applicants from across India, with special consideration for individuals from (Pune, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Bihar, Odisha, or Bhubaneswar etc) due to certain region-specific project requirements.

Interview Details:

- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

- Both Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome!

-Preference for the candidates who are from "North States"

- Not a Sales or Target oriented role.

Location: Manjeera Majestic Commercial Space, KPHB, JNTU road, 8th floor, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Must be located in commutable distance to Hyderabad, KPHB, Telangana, India.
