We are looking for smart, responsible candidates to handle Instagram & WhatsApp customer queries and convert conversations into confirmed sales.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle Instagram DMs & WhatsApp messages
• Talk to customers politely and professionally
• Explain products, customization options & pricing
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Coordinate with store team for order finalization
• Provide continuous customer support (shift-based, high responsiveness)
• Basic social media handling & follow-ups

Earnings & Incentives

• 1% incentive on every billing
• Average order value: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
• High earning potential for good performers
