Job Description
Role & responsibilities :Freshers & 6 Months of Experience in customer support Associate
1.Handle customer calls related to banking services and resolve their queries.
2. Manage both Inbound and Outbound calls.
3. Good communication skills : (English, Telugu & Hindi) (English Malayalam) (English & Kannada) and (English & Tamil)
4. Languages : English/Telugu/Hindi Salary is up to 2.28 LPA
(English & Malayalam) (English & Kannada) (English & Tamil) salary is up to 2,64 LPA
5. Freshers or exp (Min 6 months with proper documents)
6. Shift Details : Willing to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-off as per business requirements.
